Does this book actually work?

I found out about this website called www.freebackstagepass.com You can buy a book from it that supposedly tells you how to get backstage passes to concerts, sporting events, etc. I want to try it, but I don’t want to be scammed. Has anyone that has tried this website or a different website similar to this had any luck scoring backstage passes?
